Lily Turns 5!

How could it be that my little baby girl is 5? I don't know how that happened. She's such a grown-up girl now, Sigh. We had a horse birthday party for her, with horse games, horse cupcakes, etc. It was a lot of fun.
Here's the group. We had a steeplechase horse race around the house. There were jumps and obstacles and they had to gallup the whole way.
We did some projects. A horse picture frame and a horse snow globe.
After the party we went to the Utah Horse Expo, which seemed fair since we all went to the monster truck show after Jack's party. We watched horses and mules and it was fun.
Here is Lily on a carousel a few days ago.
Here is Baby Burro all dressed up. She likes to dress up her animals.
Here she is with a green juice moustache.
We went to the Fairy Tea Party at Provo Library again this year. It was really fun, especially getting dressed up.
Just like in my last post for Jack's birthday, I did the first annual birthday interview with Lily:
What's your favorite color? Red
Favorite animal? Horse
Favorite TV show? Dino Dan
Favorite Movie? Fabulous Foals (she pronounces it Fab-leee-ous)
Favorite Food? Pancakes
Favorite Hobbie? Playing with Horses
Favorite Dessert? Mint Ice Cream
What to be when you grow up? A horse rider
Here she is eating breakfast with the Amaryllis we grew. She's an amazing girl. She's so kind and thoughtful, funny, loving and sweet. We love her so much and I genuinely feel lucky that she's my kid.

Happy birthday girlie! We saw a man riding a horse along a trail by our car after church yesterday and Weston loved it! We are thinking happy baby thoughts for you!
